Before you write
A few quick things that solve most issues:
- Progress or purchase missing? Every game stores its save locally on your device. Make sure you're on the same device and signed into the same Apple ID you bought with. Deleting the app deletes local progress.
- Restore a purchase: reinstall from the App Store using the Apple ID you originally purchased with — there's nothing to log in to.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Found a bug? Tell me your device model and iOS version and what happened — screenshots help a lot.

How is a film's success decided?
By a weekly box-office simulation: script, cast, budget, genre timing and marketing all feed in, and word-of-mouth decides a film's legs after opening. There's no single hidden number to game — a well-matched cast and a genre that's currently hot matter more than raw spend.
A star turned down my offer.
Agents make counter-offers based on salary demands and how well the role fits. Come back with a better package, or build a relationship over several films.
Does my studio keep running when the app is closed?
Hollywood is a session-based sim — progress advances as you play, not in the background. Your career is saved on-device between sessions.

Why are my subscribers leaving (churn)?
Churn is the heart of the game: subscribers leave when your catalog goes stale, a price hike bites, or a show they loved gets cancelled. Keep licensing and producing content their market actually wants, and don't overprice into a weak line-up.
What do investors expect from me?
At the start you pitch an ambition; every quarter there's an earnings call and, at milestones, a board review that measures you against the growth you promised. Miss the targets and confidence drops — hit them and you unlock room to spend.
Does it keep running in the background?
Streampire advances week by week as you play, not in the background. Your empire is saved on-device between sessions.

How do I solve the Grand Work?
The formula is hidden in the words of the 24 Master cards — four secret ingredients and four exact measures. Collect and read the Masters carefully; the legendary ones hold the key. Brew boldly, and the cauldron's colour will tell you how close you are.
Does it really brew while I'm away?
Yes — your study keeps producing while the app is closed, up to a generous offline cap. Come back to a full cauldron.
Is there any way to lose progress?
Your save lives on your device only. Deleting the app removes it, and there's no account or cloud copy, so keep the app installed to keep your study.
What is Insight / the Second Work?
Transcribing your grimoire earns permanent Insight you can spend in the Insight Shop for lasting bonuses. Finish the Grand Work and a Second Work opens up — a fresh riddle with the same cards.

Is Suguru free?
Yes. The daily puzzle, ten library puzzles per difficulty, three hints per puzzle and full statistics are free forever. Suguru Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase ($7.99, no subscription) that unlocks unlimited puzzles, the full daily archive, unlimited hints, two extra themes and the golden app icon. Family Sharing is included.
How does a puzzle work?
Two rules: a cage of four cells holds the numbers 1 to 4, and equal numbers never touch — not even diagonally. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by pure logic, no guessing.
My streak reset — why?
Your streak counts consecutive daily puzzles and forgives one missed day per month. Everything is stored on your device, so make sure you're playing on the same device you built the streak on.
Is Suguru the same as Tectonic?
Yes — Suguru is also known as Tectonic. Same rules, same logic.
